I booked a party for my son for 3/21/20 and paid the deposit of about $250.00. It was cancelled due to COVID. I was due a refund, still don't have.
I booked a party for my son for 3/21/20 and paid the required deposit of about $250.00. It was cancelled due to COVID19,by Urban Air. I received a call from the Party coordinator stating did I want to re-book or be-funded. I called back and spoke with someone in corporate seeking a refund. I was told since I have a new credit card than what I used in the original payment, it was take 30 days. It has been well over 30 days it is almost 4 months.I was due a refund, still don't have. I have called the party coordinator as well as corporate office over 10 times and I get no ware. I finally spoke on 6/17/20 to the party coordinator she thought she knew how to refund me thru their new merchant credit card system and tried to give me a refund. However, that didn't work and she stated she needed to call merchant services. They may have to issue me a refund check. I asked could I come in to get cash if that would be easier and was told it must be a check. Prior to speaking with coordinator on 6/17/20 I keep getting voice mail after voice mail and a corporate receptionists that can't assist me that continues to transfer me to the same numbers that go to voice mail. The two numbers that I have been calling are XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX. It is not the consumer issue if they don't have proper systems in place to handle a basic refund. I have no services that have been render and I was told I would get a refund back. Four months is unacceptable and with little to no communication. I even had my daughter who is employed there reach out they don't respond back to her anymore.

I was charged for a rate of $73.76 for 5 children to play on 10/4/2019. Later that day, I received an email reflecting the charge as well as indicating a one year membership with recurring monthly charges. I reached out to the membership services and was told that my balance would be $703.45 charge for a one year contract for 5 children. I reached out to the business that this was a mistake as I have no intention to bring the children back so would never have signed up for an annual membership. I received an Email from Jamonica Esters that I would owe a one year charge even if I canceled the membership now. I also think the process is deceptive because I completed the process at the park front desk and was toold the payment I made that day covers a month of play at the park. I have not been able to reaove this issue with the park. I can took three of the children to play there one more time since I was being charged even though I don't need the service. Resolution for me will be refund of previous charges and cancelation of the service/charge for a year of $793.45. Here is the email I received after contacting them regarding these charges.

All memberships require a one year commitment in order to be able to offer such a great monthly membership rate. As stated online and in the membership acceptance agreement you can cancel your membership any time after the twelfth payment. Thank you for being part of the Urban Air Family.

The company refuses after multiple emails to address safety and customer service concerns. But they require to continue to pay membership.
I have contacted the company 4 times with safety complaints and concerns as well as numerous customer service issues. Bumper cars *** and hit wall causing gash on my husband's leg and my autistic son to hit his head. Netting not secure and my 4 year old fell through on the floor. Attractions always broken. No door security or monitoring allowing anyone to come in without signing in putting all of the children in danger. Ridiculous customer service and long wait for the "free pizza" included in our membership contract. The establishment is often over the capacity limit putting the safety of children in danger. No accommodation for my autistic son even though we were told he could use any attraction. I have tried multiple time to reach out to the company. There only response is that I pay over 500 to get out of a contract while they don't provide the services agreed upon.
