Urban Aire Mechanical

I hired [redacted] from Urban Aire Mechanical to do some ductwork and A/C fix in my 2 story condo in Uptown Dallas.

The project consisted of ripping out the old ductwork in the entire house, installing wider ducts going upstairs than were there originally, as well as adding a return vent upstairs. This was part of a bigger project to create a 'zoned' system in which the upstairs was controlled by one Nest thermostat, and the downstairs was controlled individually by another Nest thermostat.

[redacted] and team were able to come in and do the entire project within 3 days as well as the patchwork afterwards.


[redacted] articulated and clearly explained what the issue was and why his solution would fix the problem. I was absolutely confident in him prior to the work beginning based off his logical explanations.

I would highly recommend [redacted] and Urban Aire Mechanical to anyone looking for AC / duct work - ranging from a simple AC service, to a full-on re-ducting of the property.
