The reason why we didn't go on a regular schedule date was due, to the fact from a holiday weekend and our office was closed Secondly, The reason why the building was put in an earlier time frame was due, to the fact the other co owners requested if we can come a bit earlier because, they didn't want to wait around all day they had other things to do so, we try to accommodate everyone not just, one person When the tech did arrive there apartments did take service and had no issue with us being there the treasure on the other hand started yelling profanities at him causing my tech to have an anxiety attack and there fore had to be rushed to his doctor by his brother because, he could not drive nor complete his route for the dayThis cause us a considerable amount of revenue lose for that dayI then called the treasure to inform him that we will be terminating services with them and will not be charging them for September services in which they have not been charged We do not wish to conduct business with someone who get so overly aggressive over a time and can not calmly express himself If you need a further documentation or statement please do not hesitate to email us Thank you

We, Rambug Pest Control have no issue in refunding them there check which was sent to us electronically for, the billing dept had received it on 9/**/and I was not notified of that but, please understand the owner of the company is in Florida and will be back in weeks where I can have him send them the check then for I do not have access to his check book I am just an assistant here and will make sure that the it gets mailed out to them Also, please note this email is my personal/private email and would like this to removed from this for this is not Rambugs email and I do not want my personal name or email on the internet and receiving spam mail of all kinds because, this is available on the internet so, please remove this kindly Thank you Rose
