Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was advised by my credit card company to place a dispute, which I did I was also advised to allow Kelly's Appliance to replace the fan if they ever showed up (days later) It was a fan for a common type refrigerator, Maytag They shouldn't have said they would have the part in -days and then take so long to get itYou can get almost anything shipped overnight if needed Her coworker unplugged the refrigerator when he first came to my home, not me I lost perishables after a week of trying to keep things cold Why don't Kellys' owner go without refrigeration for days and see how well she can keep things I am not asking for free thingsShe doesn't know me at all, and has no reason to be so smugI would think she would be more professional instead of bulling about someone's email name What a child like person I work hard for a living and I am a respected citizenI have never filed a complaint in my life, and if she wasn't so rude and at least attempted to solve the problem I wouldn't have done it nowShe has a very non-caring attitude, very rude/short with her responses, blamed everything on "slow mail" or any other excuse she could instead of trying to contact the company she ordered from and do something about itI am not out to "get anything for nothing" as she states I just want to report what I feel is bad business ethics and make others aware of how she runs her company Her statement of trying to make me happy is just a big joke If it is this much trouble to file a complaint with the Revdex.com then don't worry about it There are other means to get the word out on my experiences with Kelly's Appliance Co I will just continue to allow my credit card company to continue to handle the situation Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to *** complaints, I would say that this not a usual practice of our organizationWe are here since 2001.I wrote a letter to *** and apologize for this particular incident and offer full refund. We offer our customers to reduce the *** *** bill and
charge a minimal one time fee on customer's credit card which is provided by our customers, if customer is agree to pay one time fee and want to pay the lower bill than we fight with service provider on customer's behalfIf we are unable to lower the customers bill than we do not charge customer any fee. Again, if *** is not happy with our services we will refund the full $100.Thank You.Arjumand S***

Yes we have done the repairs on her refrigerator. When we went out she said no problem I have another refrigerator. Well a few days later her other refrigerator broke down. That is when she started complaining. I already had the part on order it was a special order so no I cannot refund on special...

orders.. When she called I would track the order for her. At one point it was in Arizona, then Texas, then all the way over to Georgia. As for her losing food there would not have been any food loss from the unit we were working on since it was just a evaporator fan that circulates the air from freezer to refrigerator. The fact is she lost it from her other refrigerator that we did not touch.I cannot manufacture the parts all I can do is order them.She has also got a refund through her credit card so she now has the part plus all labor for free. I have been in business since 1984, all she wants is things for free just look at her email name ([redacted]) tells me that is all she does I think she needs to re pay us for our service we did everything we could to make her happy.

You can get almost anything shipped overnight if needed.  Her coworker unplugged the refrigerator when he first came to my home, not me.  I lost perishables after a week of trying to keep things cold.  Why don't Kellys' owner go without refrigeration for 16 days and see how well she can keep things.  I am not asking for free things. She doesn't know me at all, and has no reason to be so smug. paid for five people to go at 11pm today and when I called I was given a direct phone number for the "owner" Phillip. Phillip explained to me that it was ok for my friends to come in between 9pm and 9:30 pm. When my friends got there Shay told them she didn't know what they were talkin about & the ticket said 11 so that's when they would play. I called and asked to speak to the "owner Phillip" but got Shay his "wife". She told me she would try her best to get them in before 11pm being that they got there promptly at 9pm like HER HUSBAND PHILLIP TOLD ME. Needless to say they did not play and I cannot get a refund even though the reason for the mixup was their fault. I don't understand why she couldn't just call her husband to verify that he spoke to me. I am also VERY upset because someone could have called me and told me the 9:00 trip was sold out instead of letting them drive 45 minutes away for NOTHING. WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Horrible customer service. 0 out of 10 for me.
