was hired to complete the work on two bathrooms in my home and the basement. It has almost been a year and the work has not been completed and *** had over $18,000 of the insurance money to complete the bathrooms. Mr S the owner refused to give us a completion date after many attempts. Mr s*** has refuse to take our phone call. None of the work has been completed. Mr S without us know came to the home torn out the bathroom and did not cover any of our belongings,so it was dust and dirt everywhere. Then Mr.S*** would come once a week or once every two weeks and did not clean up the dirt or dust his workers left the house in poor condition. (I have pictures if needed). I do not have a bathroom and the one bathroom is taking a toll as four people are using one bathroom. As a cause I am having respiratory issues. To date I have not heard from Mr S in two weeks after numerous calls text and text messages.

basement1.Remove paneling from entire basement2. Installed Sheetrock in entire basement (Again check the estimate)In closing I’m not going to belabor or write a 15 page response. The insurance that is covering this loss was forced insurance ,they only paid as they seen progress . In other words I was carrying the job. As for the hardwood floor you clearly see they didn’t pay for them till June not in the beginning of the claim. Also they wasn’t pay for tiger wood floors, there is still over $22,000.00 left on the the claim which I feel $4000.00 should be paid to me .so please review the estimate and let me know if I have to file suit against ***

Install moisture resistant sheet rock on the walls and ceiling11. ***In response to my notice I have sent your 4 estimates . I need you to look at the dates of each one. ***(who is my aunt by marriage) had I forced insurance policy at the time of this loss. As you may know withforced insuranceyou have to getSo much done before they pay you. So there is no money problems as she is trying to suggest. What . *** did was approach a few of my guys and asked them if they would work on her girl friends house ,because me and her girlfriend did not see eye to eyethat was not true I never talked to her friend. As far as the floors *** can to a house that I had finished in south phila ,she liked the floors that was installed in that property. I ordered the floors for her house at that time.However this was around Feb of 2018and as you see per the estimate they didn’t pay forthe floors until June. *** also seemed to think that the monies that was sent was sent in the company name along with her and her daughters name she could cash the checks her self. I told her that could not be ,so at that time she told that salsa I’d they sending a check for 11,000.00 but 2500.00 of the check was hers. I will email you a copy of that letter as it turned out *** told them a different story. When received the check for 11,000.00i gave her 1500.00 from the check thinking they was sending her 2500.00 in a month for contents , which I told her under the policy she had they did not cover contents. The other monies she borrowed was said to be for storage that also was paying for which was not true also,because it is a forced insurancepolicy.inaddition to all of this the work that is done in the house is still more that also is paying for .The wires that she stated that was hanging is in the kitchen are because we took down walls to make the kitchen bigger and as you will see that is not on the estimate. *** was trying to sue sls because she said the dust was affecting her breathing. I gave her an attorney for that she sent him all of the documents that was sent to you . Under normal circumstances she would not have been living in the residence so when you see pictures of dust in the you will understand. We enlarged her and her daughters bathroom.I almost forgot to mention*** stayed she was getting sick from mold , when we tore her bathroom completely out which the insurance did not pay for . We found there was a cracked stack pipe that had been broken for years . I showed her and her daughter(***) and *** said that’s why the things in that bathroom never dried. The basement had paneling we put sheet rock back. I just won to be clear IWas paid based on what was done ,there still over 20,000.00 in monies left.
