[redacted] apparently seemed to be a nice person. She’s been using our services since 2013 and never had reported any complain to the manager. Moreover she was always...
been pleased with our technicians & services. However, after having done about 5 laser hair removal treatments she decided to dispute the charges, filing complains with Chase bank reporting that she never received the laser hair removal services she paid for (documented below, please see attached). After verification Chase bank dismissed her disputes. We showed all the days and times when she had the treatments done .
