As I said in my first letter to you, that letter was a difficult letter to write because of my son's personal relationship with your daughter It would appear that because of this unfortunate circumstance that their friendship has deteriorated to a point that they are right now no longer friends
It is the position of Urban Chiropractic, LLC that since you do not wish to turn this over to your insurance carrier for payment that all fees will now be waived and no further collection procedures will be taken against you This means that he will no be paid the $1,for the service rendered

This letter is in response to your letter dated January 30. 2014.
First. the writer of the complaint is not my patient. What makes it difficult to respond is that the writer of the complaint was a personal friend of me and my wife. Because of other issues. she is now upset with me. This is a fee dispute that has gone viral. This is a case pertaining to insurance benefits, reimbursement amounts and compensation.
All patients who engage me for my services sign an engagement letter stating that the patient is responsible for the balance of any fees not paid for by the insurance companies. As everyone knows insurance companies do not always pay for all treatments leaving a co-pay balance on the patient responsibility balance.
Attempts were made to contact the insurance adjuster which is normal. l went out of my way to try to help my patient obtain the benefits from his insurance company. He refused to cooperate and now there is a fee dispute over the balance due.
Because of my long standing friendship with my patients daughter and their misunderstanding of the system. all I am asking is that my patient turn this over for payment by his Med Pay insurance or to work out a payment plan.
