I needed a recording studio audio booth constructed and had no idea who to callAfter getting referred from a friend to contact Yohance at Urban Construction in Minneapolis, the project took off from thereYohance was at my recording studio within the next two days building my audio booth with efficiency and as well as proper custom to my ideasMy only concern is that I hadn't come to these guys soonerI will be returning to urban construction's services as a happy and loyal client

Yohance ***, the owner of Urban Construction, LLC, was adding insulation and re-drywalling parts of our home after our water pipes froze this winter The original work was performed under his permit and license number and was not done properly the first time He agreed to remediate the problem at no cost to us, but his expenses were paid by the individual that sold us the home Once the work was finally agreed to, Yohance failed to show up out of the scheduled times The times he did show up, he was several hours late and always had an excuse On 2/20/2018, he failed to show up and did not give us notice When we contacted him to let him know that he is legally required to complete the work he became hostile and repeatedly said, "I know where you live, I know where you live" in a threatening manner He is only half way done with the required work but we do not feel safe with him coming back to our home to complete the rest of the job I would never recommend Urban Construction, LLC or Yohance *** to a friend, family member, neighbor, colleague or even most worst enemy The whole experience was completely unprofessional

This is a complaint regarding services/work by Urban Construction due to a fire in my garage in Mid to Late January After my Mortgage and Ins Coreviewed Urban Constructions estimate a check in the amount of $22,was issues to me and Urban Const In doing this he has not completed the work, he making excuses, and also requesting more money Urban Construction has not worked on the property since May of and I've asked for receipts for work and Material cost completed thus far and reimbursement of monies so I can get another contractor in to finish the work; Urban Construction will not produce nor return any of my callsThis is a one-car garage job with siding and electrical work a garage door an a couple of windows to my home with were also damaged from the fire I'm upset and I want my work completed or Monies returned Thank you for your time and I hope your establishment can help me with this matter
