They are charging me $140 in liquor that was not ordered or received to my table.

When receiving a bill there was a $140 charge for a round of 21 alcoholic beverages (shots). I did not sign the receipt as a form of dispute. I called the manager the next day and she stated that according to her bar tender I order three rounds of seven shots. We ordered one round of 7 shots. I asked that she confirm with camera. After several attempts of contacting her she returns my call today (2/07/2020) stating that her staff "regulars" confirmed that we ordered the shots. Not the staff. Not the manager. That friends of the restaurants, "regulars' confirmed this. We accept all charges but not for the beverages that we did not order or receive. Manager Name: Shannon

Ms. was informed that the purchase she made was ordered and consumed. They were in a group of 7 people, and were clearly intoxicated that night. When I asked people who were also in attendance that night, staff and non staff, no "regulars," all stated that the boyfriend was ordering the shots from the bar and passing them out. At the end of the evening, the complaintant had to transfer funds to cover the bill. Signing the receipt and even leaving a $20 tip. attached is a copy of the signed receipt. Ms. has disputed the charge with her bank, and unfortunately the way our current credit card system works, will be refunded back to her account. Which in my opinion is blatant thievery, and sheer dishonesty.
She is trying to belittle the name of a company because of purchases she made that could not be afforded at the time. Which is very very unfortunate for both parties. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Your response added support to the fact that your employees are making their decisions off of assumptions and the agreeance of others rather than to check video surveillance as I had requested multiple times but was denied. The reason I had to transfer funds is because as a budgeting adult, I knew what I had ordered, and the receipt provided was not justifiable. As an ADULT, I have a savings account balancing over $14,000. However, your ignorance to judge me based off of a complaint and my appearance again shows your ignorance. As I had mentioned, I accepted responsibility for what I had ordered but would not be responsible for things I did not order nor receive. I absolutely love Urban Crust. So much so, that this was our third time hosting a birthday party at the establishment. So much so I did not even bother to leave a negative review on YELP. It is regretful that I had to contact the Revdex.com in order to receive a response from management, however, I am now more aware than ever that it was needed in order to prevent this from occurring to another individual. Also, my bank approved the claim because the signature on my receipt did not match mine. You should be grateful I am not pursuing you based on forgery alone.
