Hi ***-Sorry it took me a while to get back with youI have been working on this issueI have been over to Mr***'s house and we have looked at the issueAfter looking it over, this was in no way, shape or format and Urban Designs installation issueThe lumber that rotted was not due to
faulty installation or due to poor craftsmanshipWhat we concluded is that it must be faulty lumber from the manufacturer or for some reason this side of the step was getting drenched with water The sprinkler head is away from this side of the step, but it could be a natural spring that is causing the wood rot.We built this project in May and this is beyond our warranty anyway I am going to order materials and replace the existing step, and we will be charging Mr*** for the work that will be done since it is through no fault of our that his step has deteriorated.I plan on getting this taken care of within the next two weeks.Pease do not hesitate to call or email with any questions.
