I was paid for and was given a full eye exam for my childI informed the office that I wasn't going to purchase glasses at their establishmentThey told me that that would not be a problem When I was given the prescription, it was incomplete and I was unable to order my child her glasses I returned to Urban Eyes and they wrote the correlating numbers on an index card not a prescription sheet I returned to Urban Eyes a third time and told them that the form was still incompleteI let them know the measurements were not on the prescription and they told me that only customers who purchase glasses can only get measurements My daughter is without glasses since August because this company refuses to give me something that I am legally obligated to have because I paid and billed my insurance
