Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:"Inappropriate language" doesn't matter hereIt's a barWhat "incidents" did you witness? My dog vocalizing because other dogs weren't being controlled well by their handlers (including your own)? If you didn't witness the "biting", you don't have any proof it happenedMy dog did not bite anythingHe vocalized his dislike of having two large dogs lunging at himIf two humans did the same, I'd respond with just as much surprise and discomfortThe staff have known my dog much longer than you and I believe you are lying when you say that staff thought my dog was aggressiveThey've always welcomed us and complimented him on his obedience and good manners, which are rare thereI think you'll need to come up with consistent policies for dog behavior that reward people who actually train their dogs, or at least don't punish usOne email from one biased bystander and my "inappropriate language" because I'm frustrated with all the people who don't know how to properly train their dogs are not reasons to ban my dogIt's too subjectivePut some real policies in place and inform everyone who steps foot inside the brewery about those policies so staff can ban them on the spot and you don't have to violate anyone else's privacy by reaching out personally after the fact Sincerely, [redacted]
various customers and staff felt as if this customers dog was aggressive. When I entered the facility with my dog, her dog barked immediately. I witnessed at least two other incidents before she exited the premises. I received an email from another customer claiming her dog had bit another dog...
(which I have no first hand account of). At various times she used inappropriate language towards other guests, including myself. The only way to contact her was to have our taproom manager send her a message via her telephone number. I was not willing to wait until she entered the facility again with her animal to have my staff notify her.

One email from one biased bystander and my "inappropriate language" because I'm frustrated with all the people who don't know how to properly train their dogs are not reasons to ban my dog. It's too subjective. Put some real policies in place and inform everyone who steps foot inside the brewery about those policies so staff can ban them on the spot and you don't have to violate anyone else's privacy by reaching out personally after the fact.
