On June 16,I contacted URBAN FIRE CORP and placed an order for a Natural Gas Conversion kit and a cover for my URBAN FIRE PIT, that was purchased several years agoApproximately weeks after placing the order, I received a box in the mail from Urban Fire with the two covers, but the NG Conversion Kit was not shipped with the coversAfter noticing this error, I went on their web site (www.urbanfire.ca) and called their sales # and *** *** (President of Urban Fire Corp) and received no responseFor the following two to three weeks, I left several voice & Text messages, and still received no responseI then *** Urban Fire's address and found that a business by the name of *** INC had the same address as URBAN FIREWhile reviewing their web site, I noticed that Mr*** *** is also an officer of *** IncI then contacted *** and a woman answered the phone and informed me that Mr*** was not availableAfter explainin
