Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 13, 2016/05/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Thank you for the opportunity to reply to Prosperidents letterI would like to refute several of the claims that they have outlined in their letter
The "skilled" examiner assigned to my case was unable to arrive at a conclusion using the "series of tests to the transactions" that Prosperident "has shown to be effective at identifying ***." The conclusion was reached after I had reconciled all the numbers ***Apparently, the system I provided lead them to the conclusion that they were supposed to find with their methodAlso, the point outlined by Prosperident in the letter regarding the $*** for ***
Furthermore, after I provided this information to the examiner and the company owner they prepared a final report that I was to share with the *** However, luckily I reviewed this document and found the numbers they calculated to be far off from the actual numbers even though they had all the pertinent information available to them*** ***
Therefore, as outlined above the services provided by Prosperident were not as promised and the additional billing beyond the retainer is not warrantedAdditionally, the excess amount was never authorized by myself or any representative to be billed to my credit cardIn this matter the business not only did not deliver as promised, they also provided inaccurate numbers in their final report and also charged my credit card additional funds without my authorization

Final Business Response /* (4000, 24, 2016/06/01) */
I attach the engagement letter that was usedYou don't specifically get a decision from ***, but their approach is evident from her complaint
I'll also mention that our total fees on this file were approximately $*** which we have already discounted by more than 50% so I believe that we have done all of the compromising that we are prepared toIf she persists, we still have the option to pursue her for the full balance in court
***
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 20, 2016/05/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
