Urban foundation Remodelers Inc completed a bathroom job for me, they did a very good job from start date to finishThe job was completed on time, all trash was moved by the project manager, I will recommend them to my friends and use them again

I used this company to remodel my bathroom in 2015, I was told it will take 10 days. It took 1 month because they were doing multiple jobs at other locations at the same time. One day they would show up then I wouldn't see them again for 2-3 days. They were never on time. The owner was always late for appointments as well. They would try to come in the afternoon and evening after working somewhere else all day. The plumber threw aways parts to my sink and tub before the job was complete, then tried to replace it with mix match pieces. I sink was leaking, he had the hot and cold water reversed. They installed a walk in tub with jets that is still not working properly and the owners favorite word is it's a defect from the manufactures. Each time they come it's a different excuse and my tub is still not fixed. Each time I turn the jets on it kick the plug out and the tub start to drain. Why pay extra for features that you can't use. The faucets on the tub is facing the wrong direction. They tried to tell me that's the way it suppose to be. Each time something is not installed correctly they have a different excuse. Don't use this company. You will not be satisfied with the work they do. They also have extra people sitting around while one person is working. Call a company that know what they are doing, this is not one of them.
