I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I have signed the delivery of the furniture and not the condition of it because I was so unhappy that day and did not even check anythingwhy, because we wanted a dresser with side glide drawers, which we emphasized on at the time of purchaseUrban Furniture assured us that the dresser has the side glide drawers but it finally came with roller at the bottom of the drawersI talked to the owner that day and he said it was a high end dresser and I should just take it as it is.When my husband got home , I have explained everything to him and he was so disappointed and tried to reach them so that they could exchange it and get us what we wantedI have called them also, but they won't pick up, and I have to drive there with my years old and a 1year old to confront them but nothingSo I got home that night, told myself that I was not going to try any**re, that I was just wasting my time going to their store or calling themThat was when I opened the drawers, and immediately noticed that they were peeling off from the insidei called my husband to check that out and that was how he found out that the bottom of the drawers were cracked as well.I went back there, with my babies, stood there for al**st an hour, before [redacted] could tell me that the owner "**" had the manufacturer's number and that he will get it for me the next day.The next day nothing; so I have waited the following day to call and he won't answer, and therefore I have to drive back there with my husband this time so he could give me the number to callI called the manufacturer and they were unable to help because I do not detain an account with them, and I am sure that URBAN FURNITURE knows that very wellMY Husband asked me to leave them because he was fed up, and said the only way to deal with those kind of people is to contact Revdex.com, Instead of dealing with them directlyI have not damaged that furniture and has never used it I will send or attach pictures as well.The owner's wife asked me not to call the company any**re because they will not exchange the furniture they deliver the dresser and it has been on that spot till today, because I don't even have the strength to **ve it, lift it up to damage anythingThey are the one who disrespected me, especially my kids, ignoring our presence while at their store, because they do not care after the sale.Thank You

The consumer signed to receiving the furniture in good condition.The consumer damaged her own furniture and her husband had to ask her to leave us alone and not harass our companyShe has been very disrespectful to us
