Thank you for following up on this issue We have received notice on 3/20/from customer [redacted] that there was an issue with an item on Sale Order # l that she received on 3/2/As our sales order indicates, we told Ms [redacted] that there was a day window to make any claims with items received Ms [redacted] contacted us days after her date of purchase about an issue with her bed post.In an effort to accommodate Ms [redacted] circumstances, we contacted the manufacturer Ashley Furniture and ordered a new post to exchange for Ms [redacted] at no chargeMs [redacted] was contacted when her replacement piece came in to schedule a pick up time As Ms [redacted] had originally picked up her item, she was informed she would need to bring in and return the original post in order to exchange for replacement pieceOur records indicate that Ms [redacted] completed her exchange of her post on 4/07/and this issue was closed.We have included a copy of the sales order that highlights the policy on making claims with any defects as well as a copy of the exchange ticket indicating this issue was resolved

Revdex.com:The issue was resolved after fact because no one followed up with me until my 3rd phone callI will not be purchasing any other items from urban furniture and will not be recommending there business to anyone else going forward I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards,
