From: Katrina L [redacted] Date: Mon, May 15, at 10:PMSubject: Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgDear [redacted] ***,This is my response to the complaint made by [redacted] :When when [redacted] contacted me regarding her daughter's leotard, she asked my opinion if I thought it looked to small from the picture she sentBeing that it wasn't in person I said that I thought it looked fine, but it was up to if her daughter felt uncomfortable in itThe leotard was purchased as part of a costume package which included a headpiece, tail and tutu which were all one size fit all I looked immediately online to see if I could order a larger leotard and they were out of stock which I explained to her and that if ordered, it may not come in time for the performanceI then suggested she order the replacement leotard herself and gave her a code for 10% off her purchase in order to expedite the processI did suggest she keep the other leotard just in case the new one didn't come in time By this point she decided that her daughter could not perform in this leotard anyway and she insisted on returning it which I told her she would need to pay for the return shipping which was also stated on the invoice I gave her prior to receiving the costumeI then proceeded to try and give her other options as in sewing in a piece of material or that she could try and find another leotard on her own, however it would need to be the same color and sizeShe started to become irate and rude and said she wasn't able to do any sewing or find another leotard and refused to pay for shipping to return itI told her that it was out of my control that the leotard was out of stock but she continued to get more and more angry with meWhen I told her that she was starting to cut into my personal time she said that she expected me to be available any time to discuss this since I was her daughter's teacherI grew concerned that she would somehow upset the other parents and students in the class the next day so I decided to tell her unless she had a change of heart, I would have to ask her and her daughter to leave the studio, due to the mother's behaviorIt was after I said this she demanded a full refund, which by my policy, I do not give refunds(Please find attached a copy of my registration form which she was given that clearly states this.) As far as measuring her daughter, I did so in front of [redacted] and asked her, as I do with all my parents, if she agreed with the size that I was orderingAgain, I had no idea at the time that I would have a problem with exchanging any items due to the companies stockShe did give me a verbal agreement that the size she was measured for was fine.If she had approached me in a different fashion, I would have not asked her and her daughter to leaveIt had nothing to do with whether or not she chose to continue with me, the decision was made completely on her attitude regarding this incident.I feel that I did do everything I could to try and find a solution to the issue but the leotard being out of stock was out of my control and she did not seem interested in working out a solution eitherMy policy is no refunds on any payments or fees and I do state that if an item needs to be exchanged, there are additional fees associated with that, i.eshipping fees.Thank you so much for you timePlease let me know if you need any further information from me.Katrina L [redacted] Artistic Director/OwnerUrban Grace Dance

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I will send back all items new as is in picsNow MrsKatrina L [redacted] knew the tutu never had a tag or worn only fluffed up as showed in her classIf she agrees to refund with that being said I will ship out and provide tracking and witness so she can not change her mind saying anything was not included or damagedI prefer a postal money order because anyone can receive items stop a checkIf she states that she is fine with term or won't pull a stop check we will settle this and it be overI'm only asking for refund of costume because we did not leave willingly as seen previously we were kicked outThank you, [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

I am not under obligation to give a refund however I have decided to make an exception in this case in order to get the matter resolvedHowever, the terms of the refund stated in my prior response are the only way a refund will be given, by mail only and in the condition in which it was receivedThis is my final offer
