Review: On Nov 15th, 2014 during the fall clean up work on my property, Urban Green Landscaping crew damaged my garage and outdoor dining table. This was done by the stand on mower with front gate attachment they use to push the leaves from the rear yard/patio to the street. They crashed their machine into the corner of my table breaking off 2 of the legs, and into the corner of my garage damaging 4 cedar planks and completely knocking off one of them. I discovered these damages shortly after they left and sent photos via email to [redacted] the business manager. I requested that these damages be repaired as soon as possible. I noted my preference to have my contractor perform the repairs and to bill Urban Green for it. [redacted] replied the next day via email and said he would send his carpenter by next week. Two weeks later on Nov 30th I emailed [redacted] again to remind him the carpenter had not yet arrived. I also notified him that I repaired the table myself, which cost me $57 for hardware. I also requested the $57 cost I incurred be removed from my final payment to Urban Green for the 2014 season. On Dec 1st [redacted] emailed back and requested I call his office regarding the carpenter. I called the office on Dec 2 and 5th and spoke with [redacted]. I was informed the carpenter would come by on Dec 8th. I requested an email with the name of the carpenter to alert my wife of who would be coming to our home. I never received the carpenters name and no one arrived on Dec 8th. To date nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: I have notified [redacted] of Urban Green Landscaping in writing of my desire to have the $57 removed from my December payment. Also that I would be withholding my December payment until the repairs to my garage have been made. Further that I would prefer my contractor handle the needed repairs to ensure they are done timely and properly. My letter was mailed to Urban Green Landscaping, [redacted] 07621 (their billing office address) on Dec 9th 2014. I am awaiting the return receipt confirmation that they received my letter.
