Business Name: Urban Holiday Lofts
I got an apology and a deposit refund from the Urban Holiday Lofts, Chicago, but I still felt they were discriminating against me after they took a deposit and it put me in danger by cancelling my reservation at 6pm the same night. It took more than a day to get a refund too, when it should not even have been batched in the first place. I wanted them to extend their hospitality as well as an apology, and they said my boarding pass [redacted] good enough to "prove" I was here from another state. It was just ridic. My complaint was to warn traveling women who believe their reservations to be safe to be wary of this company. I want it posted.
