Review: Visited Urban Jungle Fun Park with my three children on 5/23/2015. Less than 30 minutes into my children's two hour allotment my daughter came to me in tears. She had stepped in human feces and was extremely upset. I immediately went to the front desk to advise them of this issue and get a refund, as my daughter wanted to leave. The girl at the front desk just asked abruptly where it happened. She looked at my daughter again, who was still in tears and asked very aggressively, can you tell me where it happened. I was so angry at the lack of empathy, at the lack of an apology that I took my kids over to get their shoes and socks on, but as I stood there waiting, the girl I had just spoke with whispered something to the gentleman at the front counter and they both started laughing. They were laughing at my daughter's predicament. I immediately approached another employee and asked that he point out the manager. He advised me the manager was away at the street fair, but stated [redacted] was the supervisor on shift. He then pointed to the same gentleman who I had just caught laughing at my daughter's expense. What a horrible horrible first impression. I would never visit this place again!Desired Settlement: I would request a refund in the amount of $57. If this is not taken care of asap, I'll bring this matter to court and let my daughter explain to the judge how stepping in human feces felt, how horrifying it was, and the kind of response your staff gave her!
