I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that I no longer care enough to continue with the complaint.Firstly, regarding their response on the property that I toured the open house with and was presented with the incentive offers: I do indeed understand that the price was reduced, but the agent at the open house presented the reduced prices and also talked about the incentivesI'm not sure if this was a one-time mistake, but that is what was told to me, so I was frustrated by this incorrect information when I was told the incentives did not apply.I also understand that there is fine print on the incentive offers, but again I was just concerned as to which properties the incentives actually did applyIn their response to this complaint, they said that the incentive offers applied to the "Trails on Cline" property, but when I asked Urban Living about the incentives here, I was told they did not apply, and there was no price reduction or anything when I was discussing this.Anyway, I am removing my complaint simply because I don't really care anymoreI still think that plastering the incentive offers all over is rather misleading, and the fine print is still very broad and doesn't help customers understand how infrequently this incentives may applyUrban Living does represent some well made and great properties, and I will reiterate that my complaint was simply with the advertising of the incentive offers
