I was directed to this company thru my home warranty called them up for a heating issue the so called tech came over the following day to diagnose the problem he told my wife that he had to order a part and then come install later the following week .well after muti times trying to call them to find out why hasent anyone came back to fix it.my wife got thru on the phone only to be treated like she didn't matter and the lady was very rude and told us to report them so here it is.still going on weeks later and still no call from them so sad that a company does that no wonder why the got a f here .never use them trust me

Their employees are unprofessional, inattentive and the last employee that came out told *** that our AC damage was due to a dog "lifting it's leg on our unit." 1) We have a FEMALE dog 2) Our dog goes in our back yard and the unit is on the other side of a *fence* in the side yard 3) ONE area of damage to our unit is in a portion of the unit that is up against the home - space in which a pound dog couldn't physically fit 4) There is more than one area of damage inside the unit and shows overall breakdown of the unit and unrelated to "dog urine." 5) The areas of breakdown are higher up in the unit with exception of the one area Near our homeUnless a dog "lifts it's leg" about feet from the GROUND - it's physically impossible for them to have done this damageThis technician cursed while he was at our home and I hold him responsible for our first claim getting deniedWe reque
