SCAMMERS. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest and hide behind religion. It is so sad. They do not know TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not want to return/exchange/provide store credit for products I purchased online that didn’t fit me. I literally took the merchandise to the store the day after I received it and no help or anything was done to assist me. They stated policy was not to accept a return when I had done a return the week prior. They accused us of harassment for wanting to speak to a manager or customer service representative so that I can escalate my situation and attain assistance. Spoke to various people over the phone for a long duration of time who kept giving me the run around stating no managers are on site, a manager will call you, we understand you and want to help. In the end it was all bt and lies. They lead you on to then stop answering your calls and basically tell you to deal with your situation. “Sell your merchandise on facebook marketplace” that was their solution. So if I purchase something online (I don’t want it, size doesn’t fit, etc) and I cant return it or exchange it or get store credit, what kind of policy is this? A scammers policy. Very disrespectful business please see images attached for validation on what I stated above. Please do not support them and spread the word. I don’t want anybody else experiencing such a terrible experience with this business.

I originally placed an orderabout month ago as I was going for a vacation to the US traveling from canada. I was hoping to pick it up at the place I would be staying. After days and days of waiting I received a gift card and no other explanation. Thinking it was a mistake I placed the order again with the gift card and after that received an email from them that the item was out of stock so we canceled it. Mind you the item is STILL IN STOCK EVEN NOW. They do not update their website at all.
After which I told them in multiple emails that I would soon be unavailable at this address as I am not from america. And since the order (which I had placed more than 10 times already and with the NEW address) kept canceling because of the poor management of the website and INCORRECT information displayed on it about the items availability, I went through the customer service to place the order. Which they did, without confirming the shipping address, which is like a basic thing for ANY customer service to do.

They refused to refund my money and kept sending gift cards which I clearly stated I had no use for since their inventory is basically empty and useless.

Their customer service takes ages to reply and tries its best to ignore all and every wish of the customer.

In the end I simply chose whatever and went ahead with a random order (placed directly by their customer service team) so as not to completely waste my money. But again they gave no confirmation of the address or order id until I received the confirmed tracker itself. And even though I kept emailing them about the change in address even BEFORE the parcel had shipped they ignored me for almost a week and mailed it anyways.

Now I have no idea how I am supposed to receive this package now. In short they just wasted my valuable time and money.

I have the whole communication on my email if theres any doubt in anyones mind.
