Urban Muu Muu

Review: I ordered a number of items from Urban Muu Muu when a special price for them was offered on Good Morning America on November 7, 2013. Three weeks later, I checked to see when the items would be shipped and was told that items ordered on the 7th would be sent out on or before November 23rd. I checked again a week after the 23rd, and through an email, was told they had been shipped, but was not given a tracking number. The reason there was no tracking number is because they had never been shipped! I sent several more emails and tried calling the business, but either got form email replies or no reply whatsoever. I posted my complaint on their Facebook page, and it was deleted with no reply. When I called, after several tries, the voice mail message said their phone voice mail was full. I finally got an email last week with the tracking number of my shipment, but when I clicked on it, it didn't exist. I called FedEx to find out about it, and they confirmed that the number didn't exist, nor did my address exist in their system. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and at this point, I just want my money back - no matter how much I like the product, it is not worth the effort. I feel that they are not an honest company and if my money isn't returned within the next few days, I will have no other choice but to contact the California Attorney General. I see that they are NOT members of the Revdex.com, which doesn't surprise me, but if anyone else tries to find any information about this company they need to read my complaint. I did see other posts on Facebook with similar issues, and the company did reply to them, but got the same runaround I got. The only difference is that they at least got a personal response, and their posts weren't deleted. I did not use foul language, but just explained my situation, so I have no idea why it was deleted. It seems typical of this company.Desired Settlement: I ordered four Urban Muu Muu's with a total of $229.95 spent. I would like a full refund of my money.

Review: I placed an online, holiday gift order with Urban MuuMuu of Los Angeles on November 17, 2013. Urban Muu Muu responded via email stating that they would ship the order on December 10th. Since December 10th, I have attempted to contact Urban Muu Muu via telephone and email over 2 dozen times to receive an update on the status of my order. Their phone recording (I have never been able to reach a live person) states that email is the preferred method of communication as they "monitor emails regularly" and will "respond within the day." I have received ZERO communication from Urban Muu Muu even after dozens of attempts. Today is December 22nd - over one month since I placed my original order.Desired Settlement: I would like Urban Muu Muu to respond.

Review: Almost 6 weeks ago, I ordered an item online from this company. Three weeks ago, I followed up to see why it was taking so long to arrive. They said it would take more time. Finally on December 15th, I was assured by them that it had been shipped to me that day and would arrive in 4-5 business days.As of today, December 23, 2013, I still have not received the item (which was paid for online). I cannot get through to anyone by phone any longer. My emails remain unanswered. Their voicemail takes no messages. There is no way to reach them. I left two emails earlier today and have not received any response. I would like my item delivered immediately, or I would like my money back. I would like an immediate update on my shipment and an explanation as to why it still has not arrived when I was assured it would be delivered last week.Thank you for your help.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the item I ordered delivered this week.If it is not, I want my money refunded and an apology for all the wasted time and energy I spent trying to find out why it is still (after 6 weeks) not here.
