Dear Ms***,Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the complaint ID #*** submitted by *** ***.We went through a transition period late last summer/early fall at Urban NW, which included the replacement of our
Warranty Manager around the time Mr***’s home was completedUnfortunately, due to our internal personnel shifts some items took longer to address than would typically be the case
I spoke with Mr*** on the 14th of March, and assured him that Urban NW would be taking care of all of his concerns, and apologized for the delays in getting these done in a timely manner.At this point communication is primarily happening between our Warranty Manager Harry Brown, and Mr***’s wife, Mrs*** ***We are currently working diligently to complete all items of concern as soon as possibleI am personally monitoring the situation to confirm that the ***’s home is in working order, and that they are satisfied with the results
Our standing with our customers and the Revdex.com are of the upmost importance to us, so please let me know if any additional information is needed to resolve this complaint, and if there is any change to our rating with the Revdex.comWe will be following up with the Revdex.com after the customer’s warranty items are addressed

I want Urban to call us and fix our house. I have been dealing with this issue for a long time. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Urban NW homes has given our family very poor customer service when it comes to fixing issues with our current home that we purchased from them. Lights in the house flicker, concrete is cracked and not fixed, excessive water build up on the lawn of the house that will cause a health hazard when spring arrives. The owner has promised us that he would fix the issues mentioned above. We have had issues in the past some have been fixed but others have not been fixed. It is very difficult to contact them with regards to fixing the issues. Our calls for help go unnoticed and we never get a reply back from them on when and if they will help correct some of the issues with the home. We have filed a report in the past with the Revdex.com. The owner reply's to the Revdex.com and some of the messages sent back to the Revdex.com from the owner are partly correct but very inconsistent. The last time that the owner visited our house to see the problems or issues he arrived with the maintenance employee and the person in charge of building the home. They wrote down all the issues and nothing has been done.
Repair the ongoing issues with the home.
