After reviewing this information provided to us I do show that there was a slight delay in delivery for this order however this was delivered 12/10/via ***I show that all of the order but the customer's jacket was shipped and
delivered days after the original order was placedThis order was placed during our peak time of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, so this did further delay the shipment, I do show that the customer contacted us, however from what our records show they were notified that the jacket was on back order and would be shipping in about weekAfter this delay the jacket was shipped *** Day on December 8th and was delivered on the 10th.We do sincerely apologize for the delays that were caused but they were unfortunately out of our controlWe pride ourselves in timely delivery of products, as we know our products are heading to those who serve our country from first responders to military.If there is anything else can do feel free to contact meRegards,Jonathan L
