Management company is highly unorganized and using methods outside of the Colorado laws to upkeep their propertiesNo notice to tenants of workers, unlicensed workers, no permitting etc I have made numerous attempts to resolve issues in an amicable manner without any cooperation from managementMy rent is paid on-time every month with the anticipation my privacy will be respected, and the terms of our original agreement would hold trueNo one has sent me a revision to my lease as promised (Nov 2017), and I have had to talk to four different "managers"

Its the middle of winter and our heat has been off since xmas...so INHUMANE!!!!! Instead of them calling and notifying you of the emergency they send emails !! then because they are HORRIBLE HUMANS you have to still submit a work order & call emergency services to get heatWHY would you email me the heat is off and not exhaust every method to help your tenants ???? why dont I get a phone call versus a email ???? Why? Why ? why is the heat off in the middle of the winter??

Miss *** is no longer a resident at The Phenix Infinity ParkFurthermore, Miss *** verbally abused our onsite staff, both in person and in email, to the the extent that we had to involve our attorneys. We are happy to forward any mail we receive to her current address, but she
will not provide our attorney with her forwarding addressUntil we have an accurate address to forward mail to, all mail received will be returned to sender. Management has neglected noise complaints multiple times and trys to turn the blame on you stating it is your fault that you dont follow up with the issueThe laundry facility is never clean, very dirtyThere is also Dop poop and pee all over entry ways which not only smells horrible but is very unsanitaryThey do not take responsibility for there properties and turn it on the resident stating that they were never aware of the issue

I just visited the leasing office to schedule a move out inspection.The leasing customer service rep refused to help me as a tenant
