No remediation certificate after Poly-B replacement
Urban Piping (urbanpiping.com) replaced the Poly-B tubing in my house on Jan 17 and cashed my $1 cheque on Feb 11 as full payment for their work. Their website states that they provide a "Poly-B remediation certificate" as part of their service. My insurance company is requesting a letter or certificate stating that all the Poly-B has been removed from my house, as well as proof that Urban Piping has liability insurance. I have requested these documents from the company but to date have only received a receipt showing that my invoice was paid on September 22. I have not received the remediation certificate despite several calls and emails to the company, in addition to a conversation with one of their representatives, on September 27.
