Review: We just sold our Atlas condo and Urban manages the complex. I went to the office twice and left [redacted] an e-mail that I did a read receipt on (so I know she received it). We were changed $734 prior to closing of escrow. Then in addition, the escrow charged us another $575 at closing for a second bill from Urban. Escrow showed us the additional bill that they were charged from Urban. I have requested a itiemized cost sheet, three times. Two of our neighbors who just sold their condos were both charged less than us. We have no leins or any other outstanding money owed. I asked for something in writing that states what their normal billing for transfer of docs were and why would three owners all be charged something different when the condo was sold all within 30 days of each other. It has been over three weeks since the initial request from the office staff.Desired Settlement: I want an itemized statement and proof that what they charged us is the normal contractual rate for all owners. In addition, I want an explanation, why we were charged more than our two friends.
