Urban Resource, Inc

HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They have been holding my deposit for over 2 months now since I moved out. After speaking to many other past tenants who rented through Urban Resources, Inc this is common practice and they regularly do not return deposits and charge for imaginary damages. I left my apartment spotless and they have ignored repeated requests for the deposit to be returned. I sent them a final request today and if no response I will have to take them to civil court. It's not about the money it's about principle. I have an 8 month old baby that they are aware of that makes the situation even worse. How could any ethical business do this to a new mom? Anyway hope to be able to update this page with good news however I doubt it and will just have to go to court.
