HORRIBLE BUSINESSThey have been holding my deposit for over months now since I moved outAfter speaking to many other past tenants who rented through Urban Resources, Inc this is common practice and they regularly do not return deposits and charge for imaginary damagesI left my apartment spotless and they have ignored repeated requests for the deposit to be returnedI sent them a final request today and if no response I will have to take them to civil courtIt's not about the money it's about principleI have an month old baby that they are aware of that makes the situation even worseHow could any ethical business do this to a new mom? Anyway hope to be able to update this page with good news however I doubt it and will just have to go to court
