*** from ***'s plumbing was contacted on 2/23/regarding an issue with a water heater I followed up on 2/24/when I had not heard back from anyone at ***'s office *** confirmed that he would be at the house on Saturday 2/25/ On Saturday 2/25/*** called to tell me he had failed to obtain a part for the likely cause of the water heater malfunction and could not obtain it on the weekend and therefore would need to reschedule *** rescheduled for Thursday 3/2/between and amI called at 10am and *** informed me that he was not going to make it as scheduled and asked to reschedule again I expressed my frustration to *** regarding his poor planning and explained that it is over an hour drive to this property and it was very important that *** make it to our next appointment *** explained that he didn't want to do the job but committed again to making the stop a top priority Saturday morning at 8am I confirmed times that *** would be there
We called for an appointment on Saturday and were told he would be out there last thing MondayWe also offered any time Tuesday as available for usMonday comes around and we hear nothing, call and he says, will be out TuesdayLate Tuesday no show and call, says he got tied up with no ability to contact usTerrible communicationNot once were we contacted, we had to initiate all callsAt this point we have no desire to work with this company
Harry subcontracted a project at my homeHe trenched a line of soil from my gas meter through the side yard to the back yard for a patio projectWhen he did this, he cut my irrigation system at the main line and in another section in the side yardAfter that, he walked off the jobThree weeks expiredWhen I asked him to return and repair my broken pvc lines and repair my trenched landscaping, he promised a date and did not returnI called him and he promised another date but did not call or follow upHe only said he was busyMy builder finally called out a specialist who came out the next dayHe has found multiple breaks in out sprinkler system and has to return another day to fix all the damages incurred by harryHarry had no courtesy to communicate with me unless I called him and he had no decency to fix what he broke
We had issues with our toilet and it
took him three times to fixThe second time he was supposed to come over he didnt show up and my husband was waiting on him for hoursWe didnt get a call or anythingI had to call the next morning and I was told he got busy
The third time he was several hours lateTrying to give the benefit of a doubt, we attempted to hire him to fix our tub and was told he had to go undergroundI called the day of the appointment to verify he was coming and then was someone called in and he'd be too busyWe rescheduled for 8am the next morning Now am comes and no showI call about 8:and was told
he was getting some workers and would be there in minAt 10:I
called and told them just dont come
and he still shows up at 11:
My husband works at night and he loss sleep due to waiting on himWe got no apology or nothing
The gentleman that came out for my service call was very politeHe was on time and even called to let me know he was on his wayHe got right to work and had my problem fixed in no timeI definitely recommend these guys!!
