At this time, I have been contacted directly by Urban Teez regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They offered me a partial refund and another custom tshirtWhen we received or order that we had log awaited, it was sent as an XL sweater hoody pullover and an XL t-shirtWe ordered Larges in the jacket and shirtWe have mentioned this to the person in charge for our order but no response was ever made after they offered the partial refund and custom teeThis is really frustratingMy boyfriend has also tried to contact them and still no answer? Review: April **, 2014 I placed an order for a custom design to be printed on a hooded jacket pullover and t-shirt on [redacted] It is now May [redacted] 2014 and there has been no update on where my merchandise is.

This is very disappointing because it was supposed to be a gift. I checked their shipping policies on this link [redacted] and it says the following:

Do you offering tracking number with orders?

Yes once your order is in process of shipping out you will receive a tracking number for that order which will be sent to your email. You can expect to receive your tracking information within 2-3 business days after time of purchase. Currently we only offer tracking for orders going to the United States.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?

An average order can take anywhere from 5-7 days to deliver, depending in where your located. Some orders will be delivered as soon as 4 business days

The following states they would've had enough time to get our package to me. I have tried to contact them and so has the person I was going to gift the purchased merchandise.

This is ridiculous that they work as a business like this. Please contact them asap and find a resolution to this matter.Desired Settlement: I want my custom merchandise and I also want my money back. At this rate I think they should give me my money back since they went against their shipping polices and did not go by the entire structure as a business.

It has almost been a month and I have neither. Now I want both. its not that I am cheap , but is merely the principle at this point.
