Upon thorough inspection, we DID find that the merchandise was scratched on both the wheels, as well the feet of the merchandise.Our policy is not to accept back used merchandise, as we do not sell used merchandise (see our return policy).Nevertheless to be kind to this customer, we overrode own policy and gave her a FULL in-store credit, which SHE ACCEPTED on August 28th.Our in-store credits NEVER expire and are good towards upward of 7,products and services in our store.In light of the fact that this customer appears not to have appreciated our compromise and ran to the Revdex.com, we have decided to give her a FULL REFUND upon receiving back the in-store credit(in store credits are like cash, so we need to get back into our possession).We called her tonight to let her know our resolution and she said she would come in tomorrow to give us our in-store credit paperwork back.As always URBAN Traveler® resolved the issue satisfactorilyOur record with Revdex.com speaks for itself! (We have a perfect record and will keep it that way!)

Dear *** *- This email is in reference to a complaint I had submitted to Revdex.com against All wood Cabinets and Home Center IncJefferson HwyJefferson, La70121. I have worked this out with Quain of All Wood Cabinets and he swapped out
the off color cabinet drawers with new drawers that match the other cabinets. I am satisfied with the outcome and I appreciate MrQ*** of All Wood Cabinets for resolving this issue. Please update your Revdex.com records to reflect the positive outcome from this. Thanks, *** ***

Revdex.com:#1:  The merchandise was NOT used, I returned it with tags still attached.#2:  I HAD to accept the store credit, he would not give me a refund.  He admonished my insisting on a refund with, "Be a good girl or you won't even get a store credit!"  I had no choice.#3.  The phone call last night was quite contentious, with both of us yelling.  I hung up and he called back.  After he promised to stop yelling, I listened as he said he would give me a full refund.#4   Today, I returned to the store, expecting the worst, a repeat of last night's phone conversation.  I was surprised when he greeted me cordially, smiling, very pleasant.  He returned my refund as if       we were on the best of terms, inviting me back to do future shopping.#5   I travel to Europe several times a year, I would have enjoyed shopping at the Urban Traveler.  It's a really nice little store.  Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be back.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
