My complaint is not on the small job that Urban Web Design did for me, but on the fact that they charged the job to my credit card (the details of which they required before they would start work) and also issued me an invoice which I paid by cheque (before receiving my visa bill and noticing the charge) The cheque was cashed and the charge went on my credit card so I ended up paying twice I have tried to contact them numerous times about this and they did not answer my email or return numerous phone messages To me, that's not very good customer service
