I purchased wood tiles for interior wall from UrbanProducts
I am an architect and I live in ***,Sweden
The wood tiles are for the design project I am working on in Stockholm
On December 23, 2015, I paid $4,(Canadian dollars) as a deposit
On January 11, 2016, I paid $17,(Canadian dollars) the rest of the amount
So I paid $21,to UrbanProduct
UrbanProduct promised me to deliver the wood tiles by the end of FebruaryNow it is April 25th, no products are arrived here yet
Actually the quantity of the wood tiles we want was wrong on the initial invoice, so the correct total price was $13,
UrbanProduct promised me to wire the refund of $8,
The refund hasn't arrived to my bank account yet

I received an invoice for CA$6,on April 8th, I ordered *** concrete tile at CA$2,019.60, *** *** walnut tile at CA$3978, and *** delivery charge of CA$I paid by debit/credit card and was charged US$4,on April 12th, It was agreed via email and phone that the tiles would be delivered by mid June of On June 17th, *** expressed via email in that he was running a bit behind but is packing up tiles this weekend and that I should have them no later by the end of next week and would provide tracking informationI waited patiently until the end of the following week but never received the tiles I paid forLeft voice mails for *** on July 6,7,8,11, & 13th of I never received a call backI also sent an email on July 11, and have not received a responseMy last contact with *** was June 17, but have made numerous attempts after that date to follow up on my US$4,order
