We hired this company for many many of our jobs from commercial to residential work and each and every unit he has installed has been faulty. He never responds to problems and although he buys his units from a shop that sell Carrier units, he claims he cannot get a replacement unit when something goes wrong, which I know is untrue because when I call Carrier they tell me the installer is the one that has to put in for the replacement. Either way beware of hiring him for any work be it
commercial or residential.
I have notified the company of defective work and it has failed to respond
