I am rejecting this response because I am sending the e-mail we received from URC in a separate email response directly to [email protected] As you can see by reading this there is no explanation included in the e-mail as Mr [redacted] stated below The e-mail clearly states an amount due I admit, in my anger, I did not open the link that lead to the invoice and scroll to the bottom to see the adjustment zeroing out the invoice This company has left nothing but a bad taste in our mouths Their treatment of us was terribly un-businesslike to say the least I do now understand that there is no collection issue to be resolved but would like our complaint against this company to stand on record with the Revdex.com I could put much more in this response but my valuable (not free) time can be put to a much better use Regards, [redacted] ***

This company has left nothing but a bad taste in our mouths.  Their treatment of us was terribly un-businesslike to say the least.
I do now understand that there is no collection issue to be resolved but would like our complaint against this company to stand on record with the Revdex.com.
I could put much more in this response but my valuable (not free) time can be put to a much better use.

Thank you for contacting URC Energy. I apologize for your time, as it appears Ms. [redacted] has a bit too much free time on her hands.
This client was migrated from an old billing system under URC to a new billing system for URC Energy last week. An email notification was sent to our contact...

of record, [redacted]  on August 4, 2014 at 10:04 am EST. The email advised the clients in the "old system" that they would most likely be receiving a copy of all old invoices as well as a copy of all old invoices paid. The email also advised that if the client had any questions, they were to call our offices or simply click "Dispute Invoice" on the emailed bill.
Ms. [redacted]s comments are not accurate. She did not successfully dispute her small invoice of $41.79 previously, but rather we gave up trying to educate her on how to read her utility invoice, and decided it was not worth our time to continue to invest countless hours into emails and telephone conversations with a hostile client for such a small amount.
It appears Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] did not communicate prior to her absured complaint with the Revdex.com. I have attached an invoice showing no balance is due. I would have hoped the client would understand it is not a good use of the Revdex.com's or our time to file a Revdex.com complaint over an invoice issue where the client has not attempted to first contact us to resolve the matter.
Therefore, this matter is closed.
