I've used reach.com since Dec 13, 2000 but it's an overpriced service…. and I've had recurring problems with emails repeatedly being lost from my inbox.

Customer service is very unhelpful - if you try to contact them, they'll blame it on user error. Troubleshooting skills are about nil.

Do not purchase any of their products because once you start giving out your 800 number or email, you're locked-in to their services… it's going to take me a few months to decouple from them, but i'm determined to no longer be held hostage.
