 As of September **, I shipped back my damaged bluetooth earpiece using the RGA they provided me, however, I have not...

 There was two charges; The company did refund one charge this...

is true. But my bank refunded me the money for both charges prior to them refunding one charge due to not being able to communicate with this company. The company forwarded an email advising that I attempt to return the device to Motorola for a warranty replacement or refund in which I did so. Motorola advised that Cellxpo is not a authorized dealer of Motorola and that Cellxpo would have to honor any returns, replacements or refunds as per there agreement upon purchasing. After attempting to contact this company again, by email, to advise them of the information from Motorola I received no further response as to a replacement or refund of the defective device forwarded to me. I requested a replacement or refund within the 14 day time frame originally advised of when it was purchased and now it is well beyond that point and I can not receive any type of communication with them regarding this matter. The phone number displayed on my bank statement was a false phone number. I was told I had a residential line, not a business and she had never heard of this company and not sure where I received the phone number from. All I wanted was to return this device and receive a refund. Had my bank not refunded me my money, I would just have a lost.

I was personal harassed by this cellxpo company. I have emails I have saved to.prove it. When they found out I was not happy due to you guys contacting them....they finally for first time responded to me . The email...

was full of threats telling me if I did not take the Revdex.com co.aint down they were gonna cancel my order
