Review: I rented a car from the merchant on 6/**/2013, with a $500 deposit that was to be refunded to me when I returned the car. I have the rental agreement (#[redacted]) and the credit card receipt (transaction # [redacted]). When a few weeks went by and I did not receive my refund, they told me they had a problem processing refunds to [redacted] cards and suggested that I contact [redacted] directly to dispute the charge and process the refund. I sent [redacted] the documentation that I had and they said it wasn't enough to dispute, and suggested that I contact the merchant for further documentation. When I tried contacting the merchant again, none of their contact information worked (phone, email, website). I am stuck with an extra $500 balance on my credit card right now.Desired Settlement: Refund the $500 deposit to the credit card they charged ([redacted] ending in [redacted]).
