We received your complaint from the Revdex.com of Greensboro as well as your e-mail of August 11, 2015 which is attached. In response to these I hope to clear up this matter.
1. If you would read the contract you signed, it clearly indicated in...

the exclusions that no permits were included in out quoted cost.
2. If you also look at the contract it clearly indicates what work would be done and what items would be repaired and how - no new doors were included in our scope of services.
3. The cost of the vinyl you did not agree to was removed prior to the final billing per your request
4. The attached RECAP Report shows the cost we incurred for the permit and inspections for this job. The Defect Rate charge was due to your missing two appointments with the county inspector to allow him access to the home.
5. The attached cost of the bond for the permit, not included according to our contract of services
I have attached the close out letter provided to the County to close the building permit for your records. Our signed contract of services indicates our warranty which is also enclosed.
I think these items clearly address your complaints, you have not responded in accordance with the request in our letter of August 5, 2015. I would be happy to review this with you at any time, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
