Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine

This seems to be a billing error.  Our billing is done by a service in Athens, GA.  I have asked them to correct and send corrected claim to insurance carrier.  We are currently working from two different computer systems and unfortunatly that makes the process a little more...

complicated at times.  Any error is an honest mistake and wil most certainly be corrected.  I have no record of a call concerning this so I'm assuming it was made to the Athen's billing service.  I am addressing this also.  We have not received any payment from the insurance carrier.  The February 20th claim was applied to the deductible and the February 27th claim has not been processed.  I apologize for the mix up and will have it correctly as soon as possible.
