1) Billing point of contact (***) ***- [redacted] but there is no extension for billing 2) No reminder for charges, they made direct charges on my credit cardI suppose to through my HSA card 3) They said they sent email to me, I never received email..executive verified the email address its completely wrongI have given right information in the application however when they entered into system it got messed up 4) They couldn't revert the charges to change it to HSA 5) Tried times to reach the customer care executive on the above number on working timesjust thinking about their service Hello billing depart please evaluate the email address before you send an email to customers, otherwise you will be sending wrong customers and you don't have any clue on it

I understand you had a lengthy follow up call with Cindy P*** from Urgent Care Extra today. I thank you for contacting us and as Cindy explained, we have very high expectations that we strive to meet every day for our patients and their families.
We will take your experience and use it to provide training not only to the specific provider mentioned in your email but also all of our providers. We will also ensure that we cover the OTC medication prescription issue you described so that other patients do not have the same experience. Again - I apologize for the service you received and we will address the staff involved immediately. Horrible avoid at all costs. Gouged my insurance $1270.00 for a visit for an allergy shot then without warning, a bill or notification of any kind debited my account $150.00 2 months after my visit.I was also told they accepted my insurance and were a provider come to find out they were not. Customer service is unbelievably unprofessional as the "manager" tells me we receive complaints all the time and nothing is done about it.
