The place was left a mess by the last tenants, not by the business owner
The business will be happy to work with the consumer after his health is back, but at this time the owner must put his health first

Stephen F*' responses are rittled with lies
Myself and a property manager who was overseeing the work were both told by Stephen F* that he had to leave the job incomplete the first time because of someone else who he knew had health issues, it was never brought up that Stephen F* himself had any health issues at any time
No materials other than - gallon drum of partially used paint was left behindOnly a few walls were painted and not completed, another painter came in to finish the job and estimated the painting that Mr F* did was not worth $None of the other non paint related jobs MrF* had vowed to do for the agreed deposited funds had been touched
The place had not yet been cleaned from the previous tenants moving out but this had nothing to do with the mess left by MrF*, paint stains on the floors, muddy dirt tracked throughout, all the electrical outlet and light switch plates laying in all parts of the condo
I paid as MrF* as he requested, a 50% deposit ($+ western union fee total $because he wanted cash and would take a check) of the total job of which I have detailed in text messages and in an email and he did not complete even 1/5th of the jobHis total quote was for $I never received any receipts for any purchases and to the best of my knowledge the only possible purchase made was for can of paintAdditionally, he assured me when I hired him that the job would take days when in reality he strung us along for over a month costing me potentially months rental income = to $When I hired MrF* (on Jan 6, 2016), if he would have lived up to his end of our agreement I would have been able to have a renter in my condo by February 15, as it turns out I lost months of rental income by having to line up other workers and start the process all over, costing me at least months in lost rent
I do not accept MrF*' excuses and he is not worthy of a good Revdex.com rating and he will certainly fraud others as he has done to me and others in the pastThe $I have requested be reimbursed is an extremely cheap amount compared to what it really cost me to attempt to hire MrF*
MrF* needs to own up to his unethical practices and be held liable and responsible for his fraudulent methods of trying to take money of which he has not earned from other honest and hard working peopleI hope the Revdex.com will look into MrF*'s history and make sure he is accountable for the problems he created for me and my family and not allowed to do the same to others in the future
