DOS to accept passport applications for all travelers. Those departing over a week or more after applying for a passport are NOT required to provide a flight itinerary . Therefor the date of departure is irrelevant.  Acceptance Agents who work in the USPS stations are constantly misinforming clients which creates confusion for our clients.  I regret the fact that [redacted] experience some inconvenience. It is definitely not our intention to mislead or misinform our clients. I will authorize our accounts department to issue a full refund. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Review: I needed a passport within three weeks and decided to use a company accredited with the Revdex.com. They advertised that they were able to get me a passport within 12-14 days but did not disclose that if your departure date wasn't within 10 days that a passport cannot be expedited as per Federal Regulations. The information given to me on their website basically told me that I was to demand an envelope with information processed by them to be mailed by me to their center. When I was explained to by the passport agent at the County Clerks office in my city that it cannot be processed that way and that I should demand a refund from Urgent Passport and Visas I called them. I have been unable to get anything but a voicemail from the number called regardless of the time of day I have called (even during their business hours). I have not been able to speak with a person from this company yet and am having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges for a service I can't use.Desired Settlement: I hope they are able to refund my money since it is impossible for me to receive this service. I believe that there should be information on their site regarding the fact that your departure date must be 10 days or less away for you to utilize their services instead of advertising that they can do something for you that cannot be done. I was assured that these rules were federal rules, not just rules in my state.
