email address. We also gave you a receiptplus a 60-Day Warranty on the device that covered any mechanical andsoftware related issues. In addition, we explained to you when youbought the device that you had a year to pay if off, as per the termsof the lease with [redacted], and that we highly recommend for ourcustomers to try and pay it off in 3 months (90 days). Your timing toshow up on the 92nd day and claim that we did not explain anything toyou or gave you any receipt is at the very minimum, coincidental. Inaddition, we are not aware of any retailer (big or small) that willaccept a return for electronics after such an extended period. OnDecember 3, 2016 when you attempted to return the [redacted] we explainedto you that your only option was to return the device to [redacted]and then get the lease canceled. You did not want to do that and youinstead wanted us to take the [redacted] back and give you another onethat is worth $2000 since that was what [redacted] was charging(principal plus interest combined). We are not owned or operated by[redacted] Leasing or any of its affiliates. Any interest paymentsmade by you or any other customer that uses [redacted] Leasing is notour money. ALL INTEREST PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO AND OWNED BY [redacted]Leasing. We price our devices very competitively and make whateversmall profit margin we can. We do not get any kickbacks from[redacted]; no commissions, no bonuses, no incentives whatsoever. Weunderstand you feel the interest [redacted] wants you to pay for thedevice is outrageous. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no controlover how much interest or lease fees [redacted] charges anyone.
