I have reviewed the billing statement for this patient and I show per itemized billing there is a charge for lab work, and a charge for an urgent care visit only. I will mail out an itemized bill out to the patient for his recordsThe Infiniti Med bill is the charge for the physician who
serviced the patient at the urgent care only which is the reason for the dr's facility and the hospital billing This is not a double billing but standard procedure for patients who are seen at the O'Fallon Urgent Care.Again this is not a double billing and it is a valid debt. If the balance is not resolved within a specified time of - days, it will be subject to go to collectionsWe do have financial assistance programs available to the patient and a payment plan to assist with any outstanding balances.If there are any further questions or concerns, our office can be reached at ***.
