It took them over a year and a letter to the Revdex.com to respond to my complaint, I still did not get an invoice and the door works no better, how can defective material be a response to the complaint.

I never received calls from this company. I would leave messages and never get returned calls. I finally talked to a woman there last year and she told me they had just replaced a window using Alliance warranty. She also told me that they were going to cover my windows under the warranty but I never heard back and once again would not return my calls. I have talked to other window companies and was told me that the seals between the glass is not part of the window. This unacceptable!!!
